FEROCITY'S SON AN ACCEPTOR IN $150,000 QTIS 600 SUNSHINE COAST FEATURE

17/01/2010
FEROCITY’S son Sticksy is on target for further success.
Last start winner Sticky is quoted as $6.00 in early markets for the $150,000 Gary Crick Auto Group Plate over 1200 metres at Caloundra’s Sunshine Coast track.
Sticky (Ferocity-Beesem) will be ridden by Larry Cassidy.
Cassidy will be hoping to go one better with Sticksy after the pair combined to run second at Doomben on December 19.
At his latest start on January 6 Sticksy raced at his home track (Sunshine Coast) and led from box to barrier scoring by 1 ½ lengths.
Sticky will carry 58 kgs and will clash with Aside, another youngster bred by one of Oaklands Stud stallions.
Aside (Pure Theatre-Palestine Ann) will be ridden by Ken Pope and he is quoted as $21 in pre-race betting.
